Course Description:

Comprehensive training in chronic oedema management including lymphoedema, phleboedema and lipoedema. Graduates of Level 1 & 3 are eligible for the ALA Accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner  Program (all competencies).

Timetable: 14-days, 150 CPE hours 

Level 1 Theory: 30 hrs online.

  • 6-week Instructor-led program begins February 23, 2026

Level 1 Practical: 32 hrs in-person

  • April 12 - 15, 8.30 - 5.30 daily

Level 3 Theory & Practical: 80-hours in-person

  • April 17 - 19, 8.30 - 5.30 daily
  • April 21 - 24 + 26 - 28, 8.30 - 6.30 daily

Post-course mentoring

 

Initial registration fee:

$50 is collected with enrolment (credit card only, no fees). Once we have received a copy of your eligible qualification we will send an invoice for the balance of the course fees based on your selections.

The required textbook is not included.

Confirmation date and cancellation policy

Confirmation date: July 20, 2026

Course confirmation is based on a viable number of registrations in hand at the confirmation date. Participants should not make irreversible travel or leave arrangements before the course has been confirmed.

Eligibility

A minimum of an AQF Level 5 Diploma (NZQF Level 6) or higher in a relevant clinical qualification is required. Including but not limited to

  • Remedial Massage / Myo Therapist
  • Physiotherapist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Registered Nurse
