Moving Lymph Pty Ltd Cancellation & Refund Policy - updated 6 March 2024

 

  • For the purposes of this policy, stakeholder entities are defined as

    • The Promoter - Moving Lymph Pty Ltd​, manages all participant registration processes including collection of course fees.

    • The Organiser - an entity or person in each location who manages all aspects of the Practical (face-to-face) Courses.

    • The Participant - a person enrolled in any Moving Lymph Pty Ltd or Moving Lymph Online Course.
       

  • For the purposes of this policy, the following definitions will apply;

    • Online Courses are any material delivered to the participant in an online format via the Moving Lymph Online platform.​

    • Practical Courses are delivered in-person by and accredited Instructor

    • Confirmation date is the day on which Practical Courses will be confirmed, cancelled, or re-scheduled.

    • Certificate of Completion confirms the Participant has viewed all available online material for that course.

    • Certificate of Attendance confirms the Participant has attended all Practical Course components.
      Certificate of Achievement confirms the Participant has met all course requirements and passed all examinations or assessments.

  • The following items are non-refundable

    • Online courses which are required modules for Practical Courses, including but not limited to

      • Dr Vodder Level 1 Theory

      • MTC Lymph Taping Pre-course

    • Any online course purchased at Moving Lymph Online

    • Bank charges associated with receiving course fees
       
  • Practical Course deposits

    • A deposit of up to $250 per Practical Course may be requested by the Promoter prior to the confirmation date.

    • Deposits will be refunded if the Promoter cancels the Practical Course for any reason without offering an alternative course.

    • Deposits may be refunded in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Promoter.

  • Practical Course fees 

    • Before Course Confirmation

      • Course fees may be transferred to an alternative location or deferred to a later course without penalty. Any difference in Practical Course fees in the new location will be paid to the Promoter by the Participant.

      • ​A deposit of $250 will be withheld if the Participant withdraws from the Course before the Confirmation date.

      • Course fees will be refunded if the Promoter cancels the Course for any reason without offering an alternative course.

    • After the Confirmation date​

      • Course fees may be transferred to an alternative location or deferred to a later course for a $250 administration fee. Any difference in Practical Course fees in the new location will be paid to the Promoter by the Participant.​

      • A refund of 50% of the course fees if the Participant withdraws up to 14 days before the Course start date.

      • No refunds will be made if the Participant withdraws less than 14 days before the Course start date.

  • Payment Plans and Course Bundles​

    • Monthly Payment Plans are offered on all courses where the final Payment can be made before the Course start date.​

    • Participants may change their Payment Plan to take advantage of early payment discounts and the balance of any course fees will be due on the early bird date.

    • Participants who default on the Monthly Payments will be charged the full Course fee.

    • Course Bundles may be offered at a significant saving on individual course fees. If the Participant withdraws from the second course after completing the first course, a refund for the Course fee on the second course will be made calculated upon: payment of the full course fee for the first Course and a $250 administration fee. â€‹â€‹

2-year rule

Students in Dr Vodder Courses are encouraged to complete both Levels in their chosen Certificate consecutively. Level 1 alone is not an MLD qualification and has a limited range of applications.

 

If you do not take both levels together you may be required to repeat Level 1, or attend a Level 1 Review Day before progressing to the next Level as follows;

  • If your Level 1 Certificate is dated more than one month before the start date of the next Level you will need to attend the L1 Review Day which will be offered the day before the start date of the next Level.

  • If your Level 1 Certificate is dated more than 12 months before the start date of the next Level you will need to repeat Level 1 before progressing to the next Level.

Graduates of AMLD, CDT, and ANF Certificates who undertake further Certificate courses will be required to attend the L1 Review Day which will be offered the day before the start date of the next Level.​
