Dr Vodder Registration Fee includes

  • access to and support to complete the online theory module

  • a reserved place in the Level 1 or Basic Neck & Face Practical course of your choice

  • a reserved place in the Level 2, Level 3 or Adv Neck & Face Practical course

    • when completed within 9 months of the Level 1 class

  • ability to transfer without penalty between course locations

    • up to the confirmation date (usually 6 weeks before the course starts)

MTC Lymph Taping Registration Fee includes

  • all classroom materials

  • a reserved place in the Lymph Taping class of your choice

  • ability to transfer without penalty between course locations

    • up to the confirmation date (usually 6 weeks before the course starts)

Moving Lymph Pty Ltd Registration Terms & Conditions

 

By registering in courses offered by Moving Lymph Pty Ltd you agree to

  • provide personal contact details and genuine qualification documents

  • sign all required student and therapist agreements 

  • complete the Certificate courses in either Applied MLD or MLD & CDT within 2 years of commencement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - updated September 17, 2020

 

  • The following items are non-refundable.

    • Registration Fee for Level 1 courses

    • Administration fee ($250) for Level 2, Level 3 and Advanced Aesthetician Courses

    • Online Course fees

    • Textbooks or other course materials supplied

    • Bank charges associated with receiving course fees

  • Practical Course fees may be refunded if

    • The student cancels before the confirmation date* ($250 admin fee withheld)

    • The organiser cancels the practical course (100% refund of practical fee)​​​

  • Participants may change their Practical Course location or defer without penalty as long as notification of such deferral or change is given before the course confirmation date*. Any difference in Practical Course fees in the new location must be paid by the participant.

  • Participants who change their Practical Course location or defer courses after the confirmation date* will be charged a further administrative fee of AUD250.

  • If registration in a Practical Course is withdrawn or cancelled by the student after the confirmation date* and not transferred to another class, no refund will be made.

  • Participants in Dr Vodder Courses should complete the Certificate in which they are enrolled within 2 years of commencing.

    • If there is a gap of more than 12 months between Practical Levels, the most recent Level must be repeated before progressing.

* Unless otherwise stated, the confirmation date is shown on the Course Calendar.

Why do we need to collect your personal information?

 

​We collect Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:​

  1. To provide services through the website such as delivery of newsletters, and communication with prospective Course Participants;

  2. To provide our Users and Course Participants with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors, Users and Course Participants with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we may use to provide and improve our services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

What information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, course evaluations, recommendations, and personal profile.

Below is the list of information that you have voluntarily provided to us and that we keep on our database, some or all of which may apply to you, depending upon your relationship with Moving Lymph Pty Ltd:

  • Title (e.g. Ms., Mr., Dr. etc.)

  • Name

  • Qualification (e.g. RN, MT, PT, OT etc.)

  • Contact information

  • Phone

  • Email address

  • Postal address

  • Status with Moving Lymph Pty Ltd.

  • How you heard about Moving Lymph Pty Ltd.

  • Notes which help us identify any specifics about your relationship with Moving Lymph Pty Ltd.

  • Course information listing all courses undertaken with Moving Lymph Pty Ltd.

    • Payment information is recorded without credit card details.

    • Notes are kept on specifics to your file such as correspondence and details of courses taken.

    • Purchasing information, listing all the products you have purchased from Moving Lymph Pty Ltd.

    • ​​Notes are kept on specifics to your file such as correspondence and details of your purchase.

  • Dietary information, listing any dietary restrictions provided by you at the time of your registration

    • Notes on dietary restrictions are only kept until the commencement of the applicable course, at which time the caterer is notified of dietary restrictions only (other personal identifiable information is not shared with caterers)

  • Student agreement forms, case presentations, disclosure forms, exams and certificates validating your prior training are sent to the Dr Vodder School electronically and kept in a paper filing system by the Dr Vodder School.

All data that we collect is stored in a secure place or on our computers that are password protected (along with other levels of electronic security). Any unnecessary information is destroyed as soon as it is not needed.  We want to assure you that we are very interested in maintaining strict confidentiality of your information and that no personal information will be given to third parties, except as stated above unless we are legally required to.

How do we collect information?

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

How do we store, use, share and disclose your personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Implicit (deemed) consent

For the purposes described above and with regard to disclosure, your receipt of this Privacy Policy will be deemed as consent unless you advise us orally or in writing that you do not wish us to use, disclose or collect further information or any part thereof. 

 

Withdrawal of consent

 

At any time and with reasonable notice, you have the right to withdraw consent for us to use, disclose or collect further information about you. If the withdrawal of consent would frustrate the performance of any legal obligations, your consent may not be withdrawn.  Withdrawing consent may also affect our ability to provide you with information regarding products and services that we offer.  It may also affect the way that we are able to do business with you.

 

Right of access

 

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to legal restrictions and right of refusal by Moving Lymph Pty Ltd.  You also have a right to know which third parties, if any, we have disclosed your contact information to.  A written, signed request must be received by Moving Lymph Pty Ltd in order to release this information.

We may charge a reasonable fee for you to access your personal information after informing you of the cost. 

Your request for information may be denied for example if:

  • the disclosure would reveal information about another individual

  • the information pertains to a legal proceeding or investigation

  • granting access could reveal confidential commercial information
