Course Description:
Level 1 is required for all Dr Vodder Certificates, other than Advanced Neck & Face. All fundamental techniques and sequences are taught without application to pathologies and therapists are limited to using MLD with healthy clients within their current scope of practice until the next Level is completed. Please plan to take the next Level within 12-months to avoid repeating Level 1.
Theory Pre-course: 30 hours home based study. Weekly tutorial meetings (6) begin 7-weeks before the Practical.
Level 1 Practical: 32 hours in-person training.

Course confirmation and cancellation
Confirmation date: 7 weeks before the Level 1 Practical
- Course confirmation is based on a viable number of registrations in hand at the confirmation date.
- Participants should not make irreversible travel or leave arrangements before the course has been confirmed.

Eligibility
A minimum of an AQF Level 4 Diploma (NZQF Level 5) or higher in a relevant clinical qualification is required. Including but not limited to
