Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter The promoter is moving Lymph Pty Ltd, ABN: 84 083 167 319, located at 8
    Elizabeth St, Eastwood SA 5063.

  2. Promotion Period The promotion commences at Saturday 30 May, 2026 at 7am, and
    closes at Sunday 31 May, 2026 at 3.30pm. Entries received after the 3.30pm will go in to the second chance draw. Second chance draw entries will close midnight, Sunday June 7th.

  3. Eligibility * Entry is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who hold an AQF Level 5 Diploma in Remedial therapy or other relevant body work modality, or who are currently enrolled students of an eligible undergraduate program.

    • Employees of the Promoter, the conference organisers, and their immediate families
      are ineligible to enter.​

  4. How to Enter To enter the draw, eligible participants must complete the following steps
    during the Promotion Period:

    • Visit the Moving Lymph Pty Ltd stand at the Massage & Myotherapy Australia
      Conference.​

    • Scan the official competition QR code.

    • Provide their contact details (Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and
      Professional Status/Association).

    • Correctly answer the given question.

    • There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will not be counted.

  5. The Prize The prize consists of one (1) registration for any 4-Day Level 1 Certificate
    during 2026, valued at $1677.50 including GST.

    • The prize includes course tuition and materials only. It does not include textbooks,
      institutional fees, travel, accommodation, or any other personal expenses incurred to
      attend the training.​

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or
      other courses.

  6. The Draw The winner will be determined by a random electronic draw from all valid,
    correctly answered entries. The draw will take place at 3.30pm, on Sunday 31 st May, 2026 at
    the Moving Lymph Pty Ltd Exhibition Stand, Higher Mark at GMHBA Stadium in Geelong,
    Victoria. Entrants do not need to be physically present at the draw to win.

  7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified in writing via email and by phone within
    two (2) business days of the draw.

  8. Winner Publication As the prize value exceeds $1,000, the winner’s name (first initial
    and surname) and state of residence will be published on the internet at
    www.movinglymph.com.au/newsletters for a minimum period of 28 days, commencing on
    June 6, 2026.

  9. Prize Delivery The prize details and course enrolment confirmation will be officially
    transferred to the winner within 28 days of the draw. The winner must select an available
    course date within 2 months of winning.

  10. Privacy and Database Collection (Consent to Marketing) By entering this
    competition, entrants explicitly consent to Moving Lymph Pty Ltd collecting their personal
    information to administer the lottery and to grow their marketing database. Entrants agree to
    receive future promotional emails, newsletters, and marketing materials from the Promoter.
    Entrants may opt-out or unsubscribe from these communications at any time via the link
    provided in the footer of emails. Personal information will be securely managed in
    accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at
